Shipping Details 
Shipping is an art these days, and we are creating masterpieces. All corals are shipped Priority Overnight for arrival at 10:30am, except for in some rural areas where delivery is not until 4:30pm. Corals are packaged in 3ml plastic bags and shipped in Styrofoam containers. During the cold season, heat packs are included. During the hot season, ice-packs are included. Livestock shipping is a low, flat fee of $55.00. FREE SHIPPING and PACKAGING is offered on orders over $225.00.

Shipping Times 
Shipments are scheduled to be delivered on Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays. Please select your preferred day in the comments section of your order otherwise we will pick depending on when your order was placed. All orders must be placed 48 hours before your preferred shipment day in order to be fragged and shipped properly. If you require a special shipping day, please contact orders@reefon.com to make arrangements.

Alive Arrival Guarantee 
We use only the best heat packs, with well insulated boxes and double bag corals and fish. We have a 100% Arrive Alive Guarantee and ship strictly priority overnight. We ship out Tuesdays for Wednesday delivery of each week. We only ship to the continental US at this time, and any orders placed with a shipping address outside of these 48 states will incur a $20 non refundable processing fee, and all other funds will be returned.

In the rare case that you need to make a claim of DOA (Dead On Arrival), please see our policy below:
----The Buyer must sign for and accept the shipment on FIRST attempted delivery, (In cases where the shipment is held at the Shipping Facility, you must sign for and pickup within the first 3 hours of operation on the day of arrival)
----The Buyer must take a picture of the dead Livestock. This picture must be emailed directly to Claims@ReefOn.com within the first 2 hours of the Buyer signing for the package.
----ReefOn is not responsible if wrong address is filled out by Buyer during checkout.
----ReefOn is not responsible for mechanical or weather delays from the shipping company.
----ReefOn will issue a credit for the purchase price of the item, not shipping costs. Purchases using credit do NOT apply towards free shipping minimum, however if an additional $250 is purchased, Shipping will be included.

Due to the fact that some of our corals truly are one of a kind items, ReefOn cannot guarantee replacement corals of exact item lost. We also do not refund shipping charges. we at ReefOn are here to serve you the customer, and we will do everything we can to insure your satisfaction.
